Fascias, soffits and guttering lifts the value of your home

NEW fascias, soffits and guttering really adds value to your home as well as being totally maintenance free for decades.

There are though points to consider before you carry out this improvement, not least of all cost.

You can cappit-over existing sound fascia and barge boards providing there is no substantial rotting of these which is the less expensive option.

Or if the boards are very badly rotten or decayed then you can have these removed completely and replaced with PVCu JUMBO boards negating any worries about rot ever again. This however is more expensive as a lot more work is involved and the materials are more expensive.

That's not the end of it though, if your roof is of a construction that requires ventilation then whichever method you decide to employ a means of roof ventilation must be installed, usually soffit vents.

You can also chose to install PVCu shiplap boarding which resembles wooden tongue and groove panelling, this really does save on maintenance and worry and looks good for years.
